With decision N5/12 April 2006 of Sofia City Court has been entering in the commercial register the first capital increase from 500 000 BGN to 650 000 BGN with subscription on 150 000 new shares, each with nominal of BGN 1.
With decision N304-ПД/27 April 2006 of Financial Supervision Commission has been entering this emission in the register for public companies, art.30,1 of Law for FSC
With decision N7/18 July 2006 of Sofia City Court has been entering in the commercial register the second capital increase from 650 000 BGN to 25 350 000 BGN with subscription on 24 700 000 new shares, each with nominal of BGN 1.
With decision N616-Е/ 9 August 2006 of Financial Supervision Commission has been entering this emission in the register for public companies, art.30,1 of Law for FSC
With decision N8/28 September 2006 of Sofia City Court has been entering in the commercial register the third capital increase from 25 350 000 BGN to 50 700 000 BGN with subscription on 25 350 000 new shares, each with nominal of BGN 1.
With decision N1047-E /25 Octomber 2006 of Financial Supervision Commission has been entering this emission in the register for public companies, art.30,1 of Law for FSC
On 08.04.2008 the Commercial register part of the Registry Agency registered the capital increase of the Company from BGN 50 700 000 ( fifty million and seven hundred thousand) to BGN 55 825 370 ( fifty-five million eight hundred twenty five thousands three hundred and seventy), divided to equal number shares.
With decision N466-E /23 April 2008 of Financial Supervision Commission has been entering this emission in the register for public companies, art.30,1 of Law for FSC.
